Ingredients for Chicken stuffing

300g Boneless Chicken (cut small pieces)
1 table spoon Ginger Garlic paste / Adrak Lassan Paste
3 table spoon Curd / Dahi
½ tea spoon Salt (or as per your taste) / Namak
1 tea spoon Red Chilli powder / Lad Mirch Powder
1 tea spoon Turmeric powder / Haldi Powder
1 tea spoon Cumin powder / Jeera Powder
1 tea spoon Garam Masala
1 tea spoon Coriander powder / Daniya Powder
1 tea spoon Tandoori Masala
1 pinch of Red Food Colour (mixed in 1 table spoon Water)
1 Lemon juice / Nimbu Juice
3 table spoon Oil / Tel
½ glass Water / Pani
Few drops of Oil (for the smoke) / Tel
1 small charcoal for smoke

Ingredients for Sauce

3 table spoon Mayonnaise
3 table spoon Curd / Dahi
3 table spoon of our prepared Chicken gravy
Onion rings (for placing on top of chicken tikka) / Pyaaz

Preparation for Chicken Tikka
  • Take boneless chicken cut small pieces.
  • Then take a bowl add Boneless chicken (small pieces cut), Ginger Garlic paste, Curd, Salt (as required), Red Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Cumin powder, Garam masala, Coriander powder, Tandoori masala, Red Food colour, Lemon juice, Oil.
  • Mix well to combine.
  • Marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Then in a preheated pan add oil.
  • Then add marinated chicken in the same.
  • Cook on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • After 2 to 3 minutes add water in the bowl in which we have marinated our chicken to take left over masala.
  • Mix it well & add the water in the pan.
  • Mix well to combine.
  • Cover lid and cook on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Uncover the lid after 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Cook the same for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame.
  • After 2 to 3 minutes remove 3 to 4 table spoon chicken tikka gravy in a bowl and keep aside.
  • Now place a small bowl in the center for smoke.
  • Place a burning charcoal in the bowl.
  • Add few drops of oil on the burning charcoal.
  • Cover lid and gave smoke for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Uncover after 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Chicken Tikka is ready keep it aside.

Sauce Preparation
  • Take a bowl add Mayonnaise, Dahi, Chicken gravy which was kept aside.
  • Mix well to combine and keep it aside.

Assembling
  • Take a wheat paratha apply on it our prepared sauce.
  • Then place on it prepared Chicken Tikka.
  • Place some Onion rings.
  • Roll the paratha and Done! Ready to serve.
