Ingredients
2 table spoon Oil / Tel
1 Onion chopped / Pyaaz
½ table spoon salt (or as per your taste) / Namak
1 tea spoon Black Pepper powder / kali Mirch powder
1 tea spoon Soya sauce
300g boiled Chicken (shreaded)
1 cup Mayonnaise
Slice bread (as required)
2 Eggs

- In a pre heated pan add oil, then add chopped onion in the same.
- Saute the same for 2 – 3 minutes.
- Then after 2 – 3 minutes, add in it salt (as required), black pepper powder, soya sauce.
- Mix the same well to combine for at least 2 – 3 minutes.
- Then after mixing add in it boneless shredded chicken.
- Mix well to combine & cook for 2 – 3 minutes on medium flame to avoid burning.
- Its done turn off the flame and let the chicken cool down.
- Once the chicken cools down, add in it mayonnaise.
- Mix well to combine.
- After mixing keep aside the chicken.
- Then take some slice bread (as required to make patties).
- Then take any round cap or mold to cut in round shape of patties.
- Follow the same process to make the rest of the round shapes.
- Now for assembling of patties, take one slice bread, than stuff our prepared chicken on the slice and then cover the top with another slice of bread.
- Follow the same process the make other patties as well.
- Bread patties are now ready to fry.
- Now the process to fry patties is, take eggs (as required) beat them well.
- Now take a patties dip it down in egg, then coat the patties with bread crumb and done.
- Follow the same process with other patties as well.
- Now in a preheated pan with oil added in it, gently place a patties and deep fry till the colour turns golden – brown.
- Gently flip.
- Done!
