Ingredients for Dough
1 Cup Wheat Flour / Gehu Atta
1 Cup All purpose flour / Maida
1 Tea spoon Salt (or as per taste) / Namak
Water as required for Dough preparation
1 Tea spoon Cooking oil
Wheat flour for dusting / Gehu Atta
Butter to applying on the Paratha for roasting (as required)
Coriander leaves as required to sprinkle on top of paratha
Chaat Masala as required to sprinkle on top of paratha
Ingredients for Stuffing
200g Paneer / Cottage cheese
1 tea spoon Salt / Namak
3 to 4 cloves Garlic (Fine Chopped) / Lassan
1 tea spoon Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder
2 fine chopped Green Chilli (or as per your taste) / Hari Mirch
1 onion (Fine greated) / Pyaaz
Handfull Coriander leaves (Fine Chopped) / Hara Dhaniya
1 tea spoon Chilli Flakes
Preparation for soft dough
- Take 1 cup Wheat flour & 1 cup all purpose flour in a bowl.
- Add 1 Tea spoon salt in it (or as per taste).
- Add water as required & start preparing soft dough.
- Once dough is prepared add 1 tea spoon oil & mix it well on the dough.
- Done dough is ready keep it aside.
- Take Paneer (Cottage chesse) grate it well.
- Then take a bowl add in it grated paneer, salt (as required), Garlic (fine chopped), Jeera powder, Green chilli (as required), onion (fine Chopped), Coriander & Chilli Flakes in it.
- Mix well to combine.
- Once done keep it aside.
- Take a small ball of wheat flour dough.
- Prepare it’s round shape ball.
- Then dust dry wheat flour on the ball.
- Flatten it with your palm from middle.
- Now take small ball of our prepared paneer mixture.
- Stuff it in the middle of dough.
- Wrap the dough.
- Dust wheat flour on the same.
- Roll the dough to make round Paratha.
- Once it has rolled Paneer paratha is ready to roast.
- Place the paneer paratha on preheated tawa & roast on medium flame.
- Flip to roast other side.
- Press gently to roast.
- Apply butter on the same.
- Flip to roast other side.
- Repeat same process apply butter & roast on medium flame.
- Done! Tasty Paneer Paratha is ready to serve.
- Cut it into equal pieces sprinkle some coriander leave (Hara dhaniya) & Chaat masala.
- Serve hot enjoy with tomato ketchup.
