2 cup Wheat flour (Gehu ka atta)
1 cup & 4 table spoon Leftover Dal
½ tea spoon Salt (Namak) or as per your taste
1 table spoon Green chilli paste (optional as per your taste)
½ tea spoon Garam masala
½ tea spoon Ajwain (crush with your palm)
2 table spoon Coriander leave (Hara dhaniya)
Water as required to knead dough
1 table spoon Oil to knead dough
Oil for deep frying puri
Preparation
- In a bowl take Wheat flour (Gehu ka atta) add in it Leftover Dal, Salt (Namak), Green chilli paste, Garam masala, Ajwain (crush with your palm) & Coriander leave (Hara dhaniya).
- Knead well to prepare soft dough you can add Water as required to prepare the dough.
- Once the dough is ready add in it Oil & knead well to combine.
- Now prepare small balls of equal size of the dough.
- Once our dough small balls are ready apply 1 drop of oil on the surface take 1 small dough ball & roll it flat to disc size follow same process to roll all puri.
- Once all puri are ready heat oil in a pan & deep fry puri till golden brown in colour.
- Done enjoy hot puri with any gravy our sabzi of your choice.
