Winter sweets Combo | Khajoor & Anjeer Laddu | Chocolate cake Balls



Kajoor & Anjeer Balls (Sugarfree)

Ingredients

200 grams seedless Dates / Khajoor
100 grams Dry Fig / Anjeer (Soaked in luke warm water for 2hrs)
½ cup roughly cut Almonds / Badam
½ cup roughly cut Pistachio / Pista
½ cup roughly cut Cashew / Kaju
½ cup roughly cut Walnuts / Akrout
2 table spoon Pure Ghee
1 tea spoon Cardamom powder / Elaichi powder

Preparation
  • In mixter add Dates (khajoor) & Dry fig (Anjeer) & grind to smooth paste make sure.
  • Heat a Pan & Roast all Dry fruits Almonds (Badam), Pistachio (Pista), Cashew (Kaju), & Walnuts (Akrot) for 2 minutes on medium flame you can mix all & roast or roast separately as I have done stir continuously to avoid burning.
  • Once all dry fruits are roast mix all & keep aside.
  • In a pan heat 2 table spoon Ghee & add Date & Dry fig (Khajoor & Anjeer) grinded paste & roast on medium flame for 5 minutes stir continuously to avoid burning.
  • Then add all roasted dry fruits Almond, Pistachio, Cashew & Walnuts & mix well to combine.
  • Once the mixture is well combined add cardamom powder & mix well.
  • Remove the mixture & let it cool.
  • Then grease your palm with Ghee or Butter (Avoid oil) & take small part of the mixture & start making small balls.
  • You can use butter paper sweet cups to place it.
  • Ready to serve you keep it in refrigerator too for long durability.

Chocolate Cake balls

Ingredients

400 grams plum cake (any flavour you can take of your choice)
½ cup Condensed Milk (Milkmate)
10 to 12 pcs Cashew (Kaju)
100 grams white cooking chocolate at room temperature (White Compound)
100 grams Dark cooking chocolate at room temperature (Dark Compound)
Multi sprinklers for toppings

Preparation
  • Take plum cake and crumble it into fine crumbs.
  • Add cashew (Kaju).
  • Mix well.
  • Add condensed milk (Milkmaid).
  • Mix well all until combined then make small cake ball.
  • Grease the plate or place butter paper on it.
  • Place the cake balls on it & refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
  • Take white chocolate & Dark chocolate in two separate bowl (at room temperature) if using microwave place it to melt for 60 seconds, you can also melt the same using gas stove by placing the bowl on boiling water till it melt as shown.
  • Dip the cake balls in melted chocolate as shown.
  • Place the dipped cake balls in the grease place or place it on butter paper.
  • Garnish with multi sprinklers.
  • Refrigerate until chilled.
  • Ready to serve.
