1 tin Milkmaid
200g Dark chocolate
½ cup fine slice cut Almond (or any dry fruits of your choice)
Oil as required to grease tray
Butter paper as required to place in the tray
Fine slice cut Almonds to sprinkle on top (or any dry fruits of your choice)
Preparation
- In a pot boil water than add in it sealed tin of Milkmaid cover lid & boil on low flame for 2hours.
- Uncover lid after 2 hours remove the milkmaid tin turn off the flame & let the milkmaid tin cool down at room temperature.
- Now take a pot boil water in it & place a borosil glass bowl place it on top of the pot add in it dark chocolate & boil it till chocolate gets melted.
- Once the chocolate is melted turn off the flame.
- Open milkmaid tin once it has cool.
- Now take the melted chocolate add in it full tin of caramelized milkmaid mix it well to combine.
- Then add in it fine slice cut Almonds (or any dry fruits of your choice) mix it well to combine.
- Once it has well combined take a tray grease it well with oil then place in it butter paper then again grease it from oil.
- Then place our chocolate fudge prepared well in the tray tap it to set evenly.
- Then sprinkle fine cuts almonds on it top (you can use any dry fruits of your choice).
- Gently fatten it from top with the help of spoon.
- Refrigerate it for minimum 2 hours.
- After 2 hours remove chocolate fudge from refrigerator gently pull out the chocolate fudge from the tray.
- Reverse it & gently peal of the butter paper cut in into equal sizes.
- Done! Enjoy yummy chocolate fudge.
