½ glass Milk (Doodh)
½ cup Cheese Cream
½ cup Grated Mozzarella cheese
½ tea spoon Oregano
½ tea spoon White pepper powder (Safedh mirch powder)

Ingredients for Baking
Salt (Namak) to cover the vessel base
Butter (Makhan) to grease baking tray
Slice Bread (Cut its border) as required (10 slices)
Red Chili flakes as required to sprinkle
1 bowl Grated Mozzarella cheese
Oregano as required to sprinkle
Preparation for Chicken Mixture
Salt (Namak) to cover the vessel base

Preparation for Chicken Mixture
- Take a pan add Butter (Makhan) in it melt it on medium flame once its melted add in it Chopped Onion (Pyaaz) sauté for 2 minutes on medium flame till its colour changes.
- Then add in it Boiled shredded Chicken, Chopped Tomato (Tamatar) & Boiled Sweet Corn cook for 1minute mix well on medium flame till well combined.
- Then add Salt (Namak) as per taste & Black Pepper powder (Kali Mirch powder) mix it well to combine.
- Then add Tomato Puree & Tomato Ketchup mix the same about 1 minute to well combine.
- Then add Grated Mozzarella cheese & cook on medium flame till cheese melts & well combines with the mixture.
- Finally add Oregano mix well to combine & turn off the flame & keep it aside.
- Take a pan add in it Milk (Doodh), Cheese Cream, Grated Mozzarella cheese, Oregano & White pepper powder (Safedh mirch powder) cook on medium flame for 1 minute till cheese & cheese cream melts well & combine well stir continuously to avoid burning.
- Once done turn off the flame & keep it aside.
- Take a big vessel cover its base with Salt (Namak) place a metal stand in the center cover lid & pre heat it for 10 minutes on high flame.
- Take baking tray grease it base with Butter (Makhan) all across thoroughly.
- Then cover its base with layer of our prepared Chicken mixture.
- Then place slice bread cut its border & cover chicken the layer with slice bread.
- Then sprinkle some Red chili flakes on the slice bread.
- Add Grated Mozzarella Cheese & cover it with its layer.
- Then add 2nd layer of our prepared Chicken mixture.
- Then add 2nd layer of slice bread & cover chicken the layer with it.
- Then add Grated Mozzarella Cheese & cover the bread with its layer.
- Then sprinkle some Red chili flakes on it.
- Then again place our left over chicken mixture & spread it all across.
- Then add our prepared White sauce & spread it all across thoroughly.
- Then add Grated Mozzarella cheese all across.
- Then sprinkle some Red Chili flakes all across.
- Finally sprinkle some Oregano all across.
- Open the lid of pre heated vessel & carefully place the baking tray on the stand.
- Cover lid & bake on low flame for around 20 to 25 minutes.
- Baking timing may vary due to vessel size you are using & your stove flame so make sure you check after 15 minutes to avoid over cooking.
- If you are using an Oven then pre heat the oven for 30 minutes on 200°c & then bake it on 200°c for 30 minutes.
- Uncover after 20 to 25 minutes.
- Done! Remove the tray carefully & enjoy your Bread chicken lasagna.
