Ingredients for Panini Bread Dough
2 cup All Purpose Flour / Maida
2 table spoon Milk Powder / Doodh ka powder
1 tea spoon Salt / Namak
1 tea spoon Dry Yeast Powder
1 tea spoon Powder Sugar / Chini Powder
4 table spoon Melted Butter / Makhan
Luke warm Milk (as required to prepare soft dough) / Doodh
Oil / Tel (for applying on top of the prepared dough)
Ingredients for Chicken Stuffing
200g Boneless Chicken cut small pieces
½ tea spoon Salt (Namak) or as per taste
1 tea spoon White Vinegar (Safedh Sirka)
1 table spoon Ginger Garlic paste (Adrak Lassan paste)
1 tea spoon Red chilli powder (Lal Mirch powder)
½ tea spoon Cumin powder (Jeera powder)
½ tea spoon White pepper powder (Safedh mirch powder)
½ tea spoon Black pepper powder (Kali mirch powder)
1 table spoon Schezwan chutney
1 tea spoon Soya sauce
2 table spoon Oil (Tel)
1 Capsicum (Shimla mirch) cut into slices
1 Onion (Pyaaz) cut into slices
Ingredients to Grill Chicken Panini Sandwich
Oil (Tel) as required to drizzle on the grill pan
Preparation for Chicken Stuffing
- In a bowl take Boneless chicken add in it Salt (Namak), White Vinegar (Safedh Sirka), Ginger Garlic paste (Adrak Lassan paste), Red chilli powder (Lal Mirch powder), Cumin powder (Jeera powder), White pepper powder (Safedh mirch powder), Black pepper powder (Kali mirch powder), Schezwan chutney & Soya sauce mix well to combine & marinate it on room temperature for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes heat a pan add in it Oil (Tel) add in it our marinated chicken sauté it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame then cover lid & let it cook on medium flame for 7 to 10 minutes till chicken turns tender.
- Uncover after 7 to 10 minutes add in it Capsicum (Shimla mirch) & Onion (Pyaaz) mix well to combine cook on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes till excess water dryers up.
- Once the water dryers up its done turn off the flame & keep it aside.
- Take a bowl add all-purpose flour (Maida) in it then add milk powder, salt, dry yeast powder & sugar powder in the same.
- Mix it well to combine.
- Then add melted butter in the same.
- Mix well to combine.
- Then add luke warm milk (as required) to prepare soft dough.
- Knead the same well for 10 minutes to prepare soft dough.
- After 10 minutes apply little oil on top of the dough.
- Cove the bowl & let it rest for 2 hours.
- Uncover after 2 hours.
- Punch in the dough to release its air.
- Knead well the dough & make a roll of it.
- Cut the dough roll in equal size to prepare small balls.
- Once all the dough balls are ready.
- Take 1 dough ball dust all purpose flour & roll it in oval shape.
- Place all the roll oval shape dough in a plate keep & cover it with a cloth & let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Take a pot with lid keep it to preheat for 10 minutes on low flame.
- Uncover the roll dough after 30 minutes & carefully place it in the preheated pot & cover lid & bake it for 1 to 2 minutes on low flame.
- Uncover after 1 to 2 minutes flip another side & cook the other side for 1 to 2 minutes on low flame.
- Follow same process to bake rest Panini bread.
- Take baked Panini bread cut open it from its middle.
- Stuff it with our prepared chicken mixture.
- Top the chicken stuffed with grated mozzarella cheese.
- Close the bread & follow same process the prepare rest all chicken Panini sandwich.
- Take a grill pan drizzle some oil in it evenly spread the oil all across the grill pan.
- Gently place our prepared Chicken Panini sandwich in the grill pan grill it for 1 to 2 minutes on low flame.
- After 1 to 2 minutes flip our sandwich another side & grill the other side follow the same above process to prepare all.
- Done! Ready to serve Cheese juicy Chicken Panini sandwich
