Chicken Cheese bun without oven



Ingredients For Dough

2 cup All Purpose Flour / Maida

2 table spoon Milk Powder / Doodh ka powder

1 tea spoon Salt / Namak

1 tea spoon Dry Yeast Powder

1 tea spoon Powder Sugar / Chini Powder

4 table spoon Melted Butter / Makhan

Luke warm Milk (as required to prepare soft dough) / Doodh

Oil / Tel (for applying on top of the prepared dough)

 

Ingredients For Chicken Stuffing

2 table spoon Cooking Oil / Tel

1 Onion (fine chopped) / Pyaaz

1 table spoon All Purpose Flour / Maida

1 cup Milk / Doodh

½ tea spoon Garlic Powder / Lassan Powder

½ tea spoon Black Pepper Powder / Kali Mirch

1 tea spoon Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirch Powder

Salt (to taste) / Namak

2 Green Chilli (or as per your taste) / Hari Mirch

250g Boiled & Shredded Chicken

1 table spoon Tomato Ketchup

Salt (for big vessel bottom for baking) / Namak

Oil (to apply on the baking tray) / Tel

Grated Mozzarella Cheese (for bun stuffing)

An Egg / Anda (to apply on buns)

Sesame Seed (to sprinkled on the of the bun) / Til

Butter (to be brushed on the top of the buns after baked)


Preparation for Dough

·       Take a bowl add all-purpose flour (Maida) in it then add milk powder, salt, dry yeast powder & sugar powder in the same.

·       Mix it well to combine.

·       Then add melted butter in the same.

·       Mix well to combine.

·       Then add luke warm milk (as required) to prepare soft dough.

·       Knead the same well for 10 minutes to prepare soft dough.

·       After 10 minutes apply little oil on top of the dough.

·       Cove the bowl & let it rest for 2 hours.


Preparation for Chicken Stuffing

·       Heat a pan add Oil in it.

·       Then add onion (fine chopped).

·       Saute the same for 1 minute on medium flame.

·       Then add All Purpose Flour (Maida) in it.

·       Then saute the same for 2 minutes on medium flame.

·       Then add milk mix slowly to avoid lumps.

·       Cook the same on medium flame till it turns semi-thick stir continuously to avoid burning of the mixture.

·       Then add garlic powder in the same.

·       Mix it well.

·       Add black pepper powder & red chilli powder in the mixture.

·       Mix well to combine on medium flame.

·       Then add salt in the same.

·       Mix it well to combine.

·       Then add green chilli (as per your taste).

·       Mix well to combine.

·       Then Add the shredded chicken in the mixture.

·       Mix it well to combine on medium flame.

·       Then add tomato ketchup in the same.

·       Mix it well to combine.

·       Once mixed turn off the flame & keep it aside to cool it.

·       Then take a big Vessel cover its base with Salt & place metal stand in the middle.

·       Cover the same & pre heat it for 15 minutes.

·       Keep the flame on medium.

·       Grease a baking tray with oil spread it all across & keep it aside.


Preparation for Assemble Chicken cheese buns

·       Uncover the dough bowl after 2 hours.

·       Knead well to make small balls.

·       Take one ball in your palm flatten the dough ball from middle.

·       Stuffed it with our prepared chicken mixture in the middle.

·       Add grated mozzarella cheese with the stuffing in the middle.

·       Close the bun.

·       Place the buns in the baking trey.

·       Take an egg beat it & brush on the top of all the bun.

·       Then sprinkle sesame seed on the top of the bun.

·       Cover the same with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

·       After 30 minutes uncover the same & the buns are ready to bake.

·       Now uncover the preheated vessel.

·       Gently place the prepared chicken buns baking tray in the vessel.

·       Cover the lid.

·       Let it be bake on medium flame for 25 – 30 minutes.

·       After 25 - 30 minutes uncover lid.

·       Remove the chicken buns tray and apply little butter with brush on top of all the chicken buns.

·       Let it cool down once it has cool loose all side with the knife.

·       Reverse the chicken buns in serving plate.

·       Done!

·       Yummy Chicken Bun are ready.
