2 Cup Wheat Flour / Gehu Atta
1 Tea spoon Salt (or as per taste) / Namak
Water as required for Dough preparation
1 Tea spoon Cooking oil
Wheat flour for dusting / Gehu Atta
Pure ghee for applying & roasting
Preparation
- Take 2 cup Wheat flour in a bowl.
- Add 1 Tea spoon salt in it (or as per taste).
- Add water as required & start preparing soft dough.
- Once dough is prepared add 1 tea spoon oil & mix it well in the dough.
- Take small ball of dough & dust wheat flour & start rolling the paratha.
- One roll is prepared apply pure ghee on it.
- Dust little wheat flour on it.
- With the help knife cut the paratha into strips.
- Then start rolling the strips one upon other.
- Then make flat ball of it.
- Dust little wheat flour on it & start rolling the paratha.
- Then roast the paratha on tawa.
- Roast well from both side on low flame.
- Lastly apply pure ghee on it & roast from both side.
- Done paratha is ready.
