Wheat Paratha Indian bread recipe



Ingredients 
2 Cup Wheat Flour / Gehu Atta 
1 Tea spoon Salt (or as per taste) / Namak 
Water as required for Dough preparation 
1 Tea spoon Cooking oil 
Wheat flour for dusting / Gehu Atta 
Pure ghee for applying & roasting 

Preparation 
  • Take 2 cup Wheat flour in a bowl.
  • Add 1 Tea spoon salt in it (or as per taste).
  • Add water as required & start preparing soft dough.
  • Once dough is prepared add 1 tea spoon oil & mix it well in the dough.
  • Take small ball of dough & dust wheat flour & start rolling the paratha.
  • One roll is prepared apply pure ghee on it.
  • Dust little wheat flour on it.
  • With the help knife cut the paratha into strips.
  • Then start rolling the strips one upon other.
  • Then make flat ball of it.
  • Dust little wheat flour on it & start rolling the paratha.
  • Then roast the paratha on tawa.
  • Roast well from both side on low flame. 
  • Lastly apply pure ghee on it & roast from both side. 
  • Done paratha is ready.
