Watermelon Sharbat

 


Ingredients

500ml boiled milk (at room temperature)

2/3rd cup (10table spoon) Roohafza or Rose syrup (or as per your taste)

1 bowl fine small cubes cut watermelon / Kadingar

Ice cubes as required

 

Preparation

·       Take a pot boil milk in it then let it cool down at normal room temperature

·       Once milk cools down add Roohafza or rose syrup in it & mix it well

·       Then add small cuts cubes watermelon in it & mix well

·       You can also refrigerate it to get chilled

·       Add ice cubes & serve chilled
