Tawa Chicken & Paratha recipe


 


Ingredients for Paratha

2 Cup Wheat Flour / Gehu Atta

1 Tea spoon Salt (or as per taste) / Namak

Water as required for Dough preparation

1 Tea spoon Cooking oil

Wheat flour for dusting / Gehu Atta

Pure ghee for applying & roasting

 

Ingredients for Chicken

½ Kg (500 gram) Boneless chicken small cubes preferable breast piece

2 Table spoon cooking oil

1 Table spoon Ginger fine chopped / Adrak

1 Table spoon Garlic fine chopped / Lassan

1 Tea spoon Salt (or as per taste) / Namak

1 Tea spoon Red chili powder / Lal Mirch

1 Tea spoon Turmeric powder / Haldi

1 Tea spoon Garam Masala

1 Lemon juice / Nimbu

2 Green chili fine chopped (or as per taste)

2 Medium size Tomato fine chopped / Tamatar

½ cup Coriander leave chopped / Hara Dhaniya

1 Table spoon Butter / Makhan

Raw Onion & Coriander leave for garnishing

 

Preparation

1st step paratha preparation

·       Take 2 cup Wheat flour in a bowl

·       Add 1 Tea spoon salt in it (or as per taste)

·       Add water as required & start preparing soft dough

·       Once dough is prepared add 1 tea spoon oil & mix it well in the dough

·       Take small ball of dough & dust wheat flour & start rolling the paratha

·       One roll is prepared apply pure ghee on it

·       Dust little wheat flour on it

·       With the help knife cut the paratha into strips

·       Then start rolling the strips one upon other

·       Then make flat ball of it

·       Dust little wheat flour on it & start rolling the paratha

·       Then roast the paratha on tawa

·       Roast well from both side on low flame

·       Lastly apply pure ghee on it & roast from both side

·       Done paratha is ready


2nd step Chicken preparation

·       On tawa Add oil, Ginger & Garlic and roast on medium flame till golden brown

·       Add Boneless Chicken & roast it on low medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes

·       Then add Salt, Red Chili powder, Turmeric powder & Grama masala & mix well

·       Then add Lemon juice & mix well

·       Then add green chili, Tomatoes & Coriander leaves mix well

·       Then cover with lid & cook on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes

·       Then open the lid & add butter & Mix well

·       Done garnish with raw onion & coriander leaves
