½ kg mutton minced / Keema
1 bowl fresh curd / Dahi
1 table spoon ginger garlic paste / Adrak lassan paste
1 & ½ tea spoon coriander powder / Dhaniya powder
1 tea spoon salt (or as per your taste) / Namak
1 tea spoon garam masala
1 tea spoon chilli flakes
1 tea spoon cumin powder / Jeera powder
½ cup fry onion / Birista
½ cup cooking oil / Tel
Preparation
- Take mutton minced add fresh curd, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, salt (as required), garam masala, chilli flakes, cumin powder & birista in the same. Mix it well.
- Cover the mutton mince and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Then add cooking oil in a pan & add mutton mince in the same.
- Roast the mutton mince on medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes continuously stir.
- After keema is roasted cover lid & cook on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Uncover lid.
- Then roast for 2 to 3 minutes on high flame until excess water dries up.
- Then place a bowl in the middle & place burning charcoal in the same and add few drops of ghee for smoke.
- Cover lid on the pan for 4 to 5minutes to smoke the keema.
- Uncover lid and remove charcoal bowl.
- Done Delicious! Keema is ready to serve.
