Peda recipe (homemade)

 


Ingredients

2 table spoon pure ghee

250 ml condensed milk / Milkmade

200 gram milk power

3 table spoon milk with pinch of saffron

1 tea spoon cardamom power / Elaichi power

Pista for toppings

 

Preparation

·       Heat a pan add ghee and condensed milk (stir continuously) cook on medium flame until it boils.

·       Then add milk power mix well on medium flame until mixture  combined. And then add milk with pinch of saffron mix well and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.

·       Then add cardamom power cook on medium flame until mixture start separating from pan.

·       Mixture is ready keep to cool.

·       Grease your hand with ghee, start making peda, place pista on the middle of peda.

·       Pedas are ready to serve
