Paneer popcorn recipe

 


Ingredients

1 tea spoon Salt / Namak

1 tea spoon Red chili powder / Lal mirch powder

1 tea spoon Black pepper powder / Kali mirch powder

1 tea spoon Onion powder / Pyaaz ka powder

1 tea spoon Garlic powder / Lassan ka powder

1 tea spoon fine chopped Coriander leaves / Hara Dhaniya

5 table spoon All purpose flour / Maida atta

5 table spoon Corn flour

3 table spoon fresh Curd / Dahi

½ tea spoon soya sauce

Water as required

Breadcrumb as required for coating

Oil as required for deep frying

200 grams Paneer cut into small cubes

 

Preparation

·       Take a bowl add Salt / Namak, Red chili powder / Lal mirch powder, Black pepper powder / Kali mirch powder, Onion powder / Pyaaz ka powder, Garlic powder / Lassan ka powder, fine chopped Coriander leaves / Hara Dhaniya, All purpose flour / Maida atta & Corn flour mix it well

·       Then take paneer (cuts it into cubes) places it in the above atta mixture & coat all the paneer pieces with this atta mixture thoroughly

·       Left atta mixture keep aside

·       Now take the left atta mixture add in it corn flour, All purpose flour / Maida atta, curd / Dahi, soya sauce & water / Pani mix it well & prepare semi thick batter from it

·       Now take coated paneer cubes dip in the batter mixture prepared then dust in breadcrumb follow the same process for all paneer cubes pieces

·       Then heat a pan with oil & deep fry all the paneer cubes in it on medium flame till golden brown in colour

·       Crispy paneer popcorn are ready to enjoy

·       Serve hot with Schezwan chutney & mayonnaise
