Ingredients
300gram Mutton Liver (Kaleji) cut into medium size cubes
1table spoon White Vinegar (Safedh Sirka)
1table spoon Ginger-Garlic paste (Adrak-Lassan ka paste)
1tea spoon Red chilli flakes
1tea spoon Crushed Cumin Seeds (Jeera Kuta Hua)
1table spoon Crushed Coriander Seeds (Dhaniya Kuta Hua)
½ tea spoon Black pepper powder (Kali mirch powder)
2table spoon Cooking oil (Tel)
½ tea spoon Salt (Namak) or as per your taste
2 Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) fine chopped or as per your taste
Preparation
· Take a
bowl add in it washed & cut into medium size cubes Mutton Liver (Kaleji)
(if you want peal off the thin skin layer from it) add in it Vinegar (Safedh
Sirka), Ginger-Garlic paste (Adrak-Lassan ka paste), Red chilli flakes, Crushed
Cumin Seeds (Jeera Kuta Hua), Crushed Coriander Seeds (Dhaniya Kuta Hua) &
Black pepper powder (Kali mirch powder) mix all well to combine & marinate
it for 30 minutes
· After 30
minutes heat a Tawa add in it Cooking oil (Tel) then place in it marinated
Mutton liver (kaleji) turn your stove flame on medium & fry the same for 10
to 12 minutes make sure that you keep on staring continuously to avoid burning
· Once you
have fried for 10 to 12 minutes place the mutton liver (kaleji) in the centre
of the tawa & cover it with lid & continue cooking it for 15 minutes on
LOW FLAME
· Uncover after
15 minutes & mix it well then add in it Salt (Namak) & Green Chilli
(Hari Mirch) as per your taste mix well to combine & fry it for 2 to 3
minutes on low flame
· Done yummy
& delicious Mutton Kaleji fry is ready to serve

with Onion & Lemon
