Ingredients
2 Pav (You can also use Slice Bread 4pieces)
1 glass Water (Pani)
300 gram Mutton mince (Mutton kheema)
1 table spoon Ginger – Garlic & Green Chilli paste (Adrak – Lassan
aur Hari Mirch ka paste)
1 tea spoon Salt (Or as per your taste) (Namak)
1 tea spoon Turmeric powder (Haldi Powder)
1 tea spoon Cumin powder (Jeera powder)
1 tea spoon Garam Masala
1 tea spoon Red Chilli powder (Lal mirch powder)
1 tea spoon Coriander powder (Dhaniya powder)
2 Eggs (Anda)
1 cup Breadcrumb
Oil for Deep frying
Preparation
· Take a
bowl add in it Pav then add Water (Pani) soak in it for about 1 minutes
· Take
Mutton mince (Mutton Kheema) in a bowl than squeeze excess water from soaked
Pav & add the same in it then add Ginger – Garlic & Green Chilli paste
(Adrak – Lassan aur Hari Mirch ka paste), Salt (Namak) (as per your taste), Turmeric
powder (Haldi Powder), Cumin powder (Jeera powder), Garam Masala, Red Chilli
powder (Lal mirch powder) & Coriander powder (Dhaniya powder) mix all well
with hand to combine into mixture once done Mutton Cutlet mixture is ready keep
it aside
· Take a
small plate add in it 2 Egg (Anda) & beat it well & keep aside
· Take
another place add in it Breadcrumb & keep it aside
· Now grease
your palm with oil take a ball of Mutton cutlet mixture & make a ball then
gently with your palm flat it then place the same in breadcrumb & gently
flatten it in the breadcrumb with your hand & make it round then dip it in
egg & deep fry it on medium flame till golden brown in colour from both
side
· Done!
Yummy Mutton cutlet are ready to serve you can serve with Tomato ketchup, Green
Chutney & Lemon
