1 cup coriander leaves / Hara Dhaniya

2 table spoon Roasted Peanuts / Mungfali
2 table spoon groundnuts / Chutney Channa
½ tea spoon sugar / Chini
½ tea spoon salt (or as per your taste) / Namak
6 to 7 cloves garlic / Lassan
½ lemon juice / Nimbu Juice
2 green chilli (or as per your taste) / Hari Mirch
2 inch ginger / Adrak
1 tea spoon chaat masala
1 tea spoon cumin seeds / Jeera
¼th cup water / Pani
Ingredients for sandwich stuffing
1 fine chopped capsicum / Shimla Mirch
1 fine chopped onion / Pyaaz
½ cup graded mozzarella & cheddar cheese
1 tea spoon chaat masala
½ tea spoon black pepper powder / Kali Mirch powder
1 pinch salt (or as per your taste) / Namak
Butter as required (to grease the toaster & bread) / Makhan
Preparation for sandwich chutney
- Take a grinder jar add coriander leaves, mint leaves, roasted peanuts, groundnuts, sugar, salt (as required), garlic, lemon juice, green chilli (as required), garlic, chaat masala, cumin seeds, water & grind the same to make smooth thick paste.
- Sandwich chutney is ready keep it aside.
- Take a bowl add capsicum (fine chopped), onion (fine chopped), graded mozzarella & cheddar cheese, chaat masala, black pepper powder, salt (as required) & mix it well.
- Sandwich stuffing is ready keep it aside.
- Let’s start assembling sandwich.
- Take a slice bread spread chutney on it.
- Then place sandwich stuffing on the same.
- Take another slice bread & spread chutney on it & place the chutney applied side on the sandwich stuffed bread.
- Spread chutney on the top.
- Place sandwich stuffing on the same.
- Then take another slice bread, spread chutney on it & place it on the stuffed slice.
- Sandwich is ready to toast.
- Grease toaster with butter.
- Place the sandwich on the toaster.
- Spread butter on both sandwich top side slice.
- Toast the same till golden brown.
- Done.
- Crispy & Spicy! Veg toast sandwich is ready to serve.
