Indian ghee home made Pure Ghee & Laddu from milk malai

 


Ingredients for ghee

Approx 1kg milk malai

 

Ingredients for ladoo

Leftover mava

½ cup grinned cashew / kaju

½ cup grinned almond / badam

½ cup grinned sugar / chini

½ tea spoon elaichi powder

 

Preparation

·       Remove milk malai from freez 3 to 4 hours before preparing ghee

·       Take a pan add milk malai in it & cook on medium flame till it melts

·       Continue cooking on medium flame for approx 15 to 20 minutes till ghee starts separating continuously stir

·       Cook until mawa turns golden brown & ghee separates completely

·       Once its done turn off the flame & let it cools down

·       Upon colling drain the ghee & separate the mawa from it

·       Pour the ghee in a bootle

·       Take mawa & grind it to smooth mixture

·       Mix sugar, grinded cashew & almond powder finally add elaichi powder in it

·       Mix well all till combine

·       Start making ladoo from the mixture

·       Enjoy the ladoo
