Green mint coriander chutney recipe

 


Ingredients

 

5 cloves garlic /  Lassan

2 green chilli (or as per your taste) / Hari Mirch

1 tea spoon salt (or as per your taste) / Namak

1 table spoon fresh curd / Dahi

½ lemon juice / Nimbu

½ bowl mint leaves / Pudina

½ bowl coriander leaves / Hara Dhaniya

 

 

Preparation

 

·       Take small chutney mixer jar add garlic, green chili, salt, fresh curd , lemon juice, mint leaves and coriander leaves

·       Grind all above to paste

·       Enjoy with your various veg and non-veg meal
