French fries recipe

 


Ingredients

3 potato (skin pealed) / Aaloo

Plain water as required (To dip potato pieces)

2 table spoon corn flour

Cooking oil (as required)

Red chilli powder (as required)

Salt (as required)

 

        Preparation

·       Take potato & peal its skin.

·       Then cut from its centre into 2 pieces than the cut pieces again cut it from its centre now place both the cuts on one below the other & start cutting into slices

·       Dip all cut potato in plain water & let it rest for 30 minutes.

·       After 30 minutes remove the dipped potatoes & replace it with fresh water.

·       Then take a clean towel, place the dipped potatoes on the towel.

·       Thoroughly soak the excess water & completely dry it.

·       Now let the potato soak in the towel for 15 minutes.

·       After 15 minutes potato pieces are completely dried up.

·       Place the potato pieces in a bowl & add corn flour in it & mix it well.

·       Heat oil & deep fry potato pieces on medium flame.

·       Place French fries in a bowl & add a pinch of ‘salt & red chilli powder’ & mix it well.

·       Crispy! French fries are ready to serve.
