Fish fry Indian recipe

 


Ingredients

1 tea spoon salt / Namak

1 & ½ spoon coriander powder / Dhaniya powder

1 tea spoon cumin powder

1 tea spoon turmeric powder / Haldi powder

1 & ½ tea spoon red chilli powder / Lal mirch powder

1 tea spoon tamarind (soaked in 2 table spoon water for ½ hour) / Imli

Fish washed & slice cut

3 table spoon cooking oil / Tel


Preparation

·       Take a bowl and add salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder & tamarind (soaked in 2 table spoon water for ½ hour) crush the tamarind / Imli & only take its water & chuck the tamarind, mix it well.

·       Then take fish (washed and slice cut) & apply masala paste to the fish.

·       Then heat a pan and add oil, spread the oil in the pan.

·       Place fish pieces gently on pan & Shallow fry it on low flame.

·       After some time, gently reverse the other side & shallow fry till golden brown.

·       Done.

·       Yummy! Fried fish is ready to serve.
