Egg Bhurji recipe

 


Ingredients

4 eggs / Anda

3 table spoon cooking oil / Tel

2 green chilli chopped (or as per your taste) / Hari Mirch

3 onion medium size fine chopped / Pyaaz

1 medium size tomato / Tamatar

1 tea spoon salt (or as per your taste) / Namak

1 tea spoon white pepper power / safedh mirch powder

1 tea spoon red chilli power / Lal mirch powder

1 cup coriander leaves / Hara dhaniya


Preparation

• Take 4 eggs and beat it.

• Heat a pan add oil, green chilli, onion, tomatoes, salt and roast it well on medium flame.

• Then cover lid for 2 minutes cook on medium flame

• Then open lid add white pepper, red chilli power and continue cooking on medium flame.

• Add ½ cup coriander leaves and mix it well.

• Add in it beaten eggs and stir continuously and cook on medium flame till egg is fully cooked.

• Once egg is cooked add chopped onion, coriander leaves and mix it well.

• Egg burji is ready to enjoy.
