China grass (white chocolate & cream)

 


Ingredients

1 pack (approx 10g) china grass soaked in water for 1 hour (room temperature)

1 litre milk / Doodh

½ cup sugar / Chini

1 tea spoon cardamom powder / Elaichi

½ cup fresh cream / Malai

150 grams white chocolate

½ cup pistachio / pista (Grind to powder)

 

Preparation

·       Drain excess water from soaked china grass

·       Bring milk to boil in a pot

·       Add soaked china grass & sugar it boiling milk

·       Continue boiling milk on low flame until china grass & sugar dissolved continuously stirring

·       Add cardamom powder / Elaichi continue boiling on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes sitr continuously

·       Add fresh cream / Malai continue boiling on low flame till cream dissolved

·       Once dissolved turn off the flame & remove the pot from stove

·       Add white chocolate in milk stir till dissolved

·       Once chocolate dissolved blend the mixture with hand blender or beater for 1 minute

·       Place the mixture in a tray & refrigerate it for 5 to 6 hours or overnight

·       Once refrigerated remove the tray & with the help of knife lose the border of the tray

·       Place reverse on the plate

·       Garnish with grinded Pistachio / Pitsa

·       Serve chilled
