Chicken Zinger burger recipe

 


Ingredients for chicken

 

5 pieces Boneless chicken thigh

1 tea spoon salt (or as per your taste) / Namak

1 table spoon ginger garlic paste / Adrak Lassan paste

1 tea spoon cumin seed power / Jeera power

1 tea spoon red chilli power / Lal Mirch

1 coriander power / Dhaniya power

1 lemon juice / Nimbu

 

Ingredients for veggie mayo

 

2 medium size fine chopped / Pyaaz

1 bowl ice-burg fine choppend / Salad Patta

2 carrots fine chopped / Gajar

1 tea spoon black pepper power / Kali Mirch

1 tea spoon salt (or as per your taste) / namak

1 bowl Mayonnaise

 

Ingredients for flour mix

 

½ kg (500 gm) maida

3 table spoon corn flour

1 tea spoon white pepper power / Safedh Mirch power

1 tea spoon ginger power / Adrak  power

1 tea spoon salt (or as per your taste) / Namak

1 tea spoon garlic power / lassan power

 

Ingredients for curd water

 

½ bowl curd / dahi

2 glass water / pani

Burger bun

Oil for deep fry

Cheese slice

Burger sauce

 

Preparation

·       Take boneless chicken (Thigh piece) add salt, ginger garlic paste, cumin seed power, red chilli power, coriander power and lemon juice mix it well and marinate for 4 to 5 hours.

·       Take a bowl add chopped onions, chopped ice-burg, chopped carrot, black pepper power, salt and mayonnaise mix it well and keep a side.

·       Take a bowl add maida, corn flour, white pepper power, ginger power, salt and garlic power mix it well and keep a side.

·       Take a bowl add curd and add 2 glass water in it and mix it well and keep a side.

·       Now take marinated chicken and coat it with flour mix then dip it in yogurt water and again coat it with flour mix do the same prosses for all chicken marinated.

·       In a pan heat oil and deep fry the coated chicken pieces until golden brown. Do the same process with all coated chickens.

·       Apply veggie mayo which we have prepared on the burger bun and then place fried chicken on it place some ice-burg & cheese slice.

·       Enjoy crispy & yummy Zinger burger
