Chicken Stuffed Paratha recipe

 


Ingredients for chicken Stuffing

2 table spoon cooking oil / Tel

½ kg boneless chicken small cubes

1 tea spoon salt (or as per your taste) / Namak

2 table spoon garlic paste / Adrak Lassan paste

1 tea spoon cumin power / Jeera powder

1 tea spoon red chilli power / Lal Mirch

1 tea spoon Dhayina power / Coriander powder

1 tea spoon haldi power / Turmeric powder

 

Ingredients for Roti / Paratha

2 Cup Wheat Flour / Gehu Atta

1 Tea spoon Salt (or as per taste) / Namak

Water as required for Dough preparation

1 Tea spoon Cooking oil

Wheat flour for dusting / Gehu Atta

Pure ghee for applying & roasting

Mozzarella cheese for stuffing as required (graded)

 

 

Preparation for Chicken stuffing

·       Heat a pan add oil in it, add boneless chicken cubes and roast on medium flame till chicken turns white in colour

·       Add salt in it and roast for a minute

·       Add ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder mix it well & cook on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes

·       Cover lid & cook for 5 minutes on medium flame

·       Uncover after 5 minutes & continue cooking on medium flame till excess water dries off

·       Chicken stuffing is ready keep aside to cool

·       Once its cool down shred the chicken & keep aside for stuffing



2nd step paratha preparation

·       Take 2 cup Wheat flour in a bowl

·       Add 1 Tea spoon salt in it (or as per taste)

·       Add water as required & start preparing soft dough

·       Once dough is prepared add 1 tea spoon oil & mix it well in the dough

·       Now roll the dough into long roll then with the help of knife cut into small balls

·       Then roll the small cuts dough pieces into roti dust some wheat atta on it as required to roll the roti one roti is rolled keep aside & start making other roti

·       Once the other roti is rolled place shredded chicken stuffing on the roti place graded mozzarella cheese on it

·       Then cover it the other roti press the entire border of both the roti to combine like sandwich

·       Then heat the tawa apply little ghee on it gently place the stuffed roti / paratha on the tawa & roast it well from both the side apply ghee on both the side to roast it well once done serve hot

·       You can serve with tomato ketchup & mayonnaise

·       Crispy yummy Chicken stuffed paratha is ready to serve
