Ingredients
1 table spoon cooking oil / Tel
2 cloves garlic fine chopped / Lassan
250g chicken shredded (boiled)
1 bowl carrot fine graded / Gajar
1 bowl cabbage fine graded / Patta gobi
1 tea spoon (or as required) salt / Namak
½ tea spoon black pepper powder / Kali mirch powder
1 tea spoon hot chilli sauce
1 tea spoon soya sauce
2 table spoon flour (All purpose) / Maida Atta
Water as required (to make thick paste for pasting) / Pani
Spring roll sheets as required
Oil as required for deep frying
Preparation
· Heat a pan
& add cooking oil and garlic fine chopped.
· Roast the
same for few minutes.
· Then add
chicken shredded (boiled), carrot fine graded, cabbage fine graded, & roast
it for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
· Then add
salt as required, black pepper powder, hot chilli sauce, soya
sauce in it & roast it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
· Done
stuffing is ready turn off the flame & let it cool.
· Now take
flour (all purpose) & add water in it as required to make thick paste for
pasting.
· Paste is
ready.
· Now take
spring roll sheet as required.
· Then take
a sheet & place the stuffing which we have prepared.
· Gently
roll the same.
· Fold it’s
both side ends towards the stuffing centre.
· Apply our
prepared all-purpose flour paste on its end & paste it.
· Now roll
it to paste follow the same process to prepare rest spring rolls.
· Heat a pan
add oil & deep fry the rolls on high flame till golden brown in colour.
· Gently
reverse the side & deep fry on high flame.
· Done
· Yummy!
Spring rolls are ready to serve.
