Chicken shawarma recipe



Ingredients 

1 tea spoon salt / Namak

1 tea spoon sugar / Chini

1 table spoon dry yeast powder

Luke warm water as required for binding dough

500 gram All purpose flour / Maida atta

4 table spoon cooking oil / Tel (add as required for binding dough)


Preparation

·       Take a big vessel & add salt, sugar, dry yeast powder, luke warm water & mix well.

·       Then add all purpose flour to it & mix well to make soft dough.

·       Then add oil as required for binding dough, water as required.

·       Add more water as required & mix well.

·       Dough is ready.

·       Apply oil on the dough.

·       Cover & rest for 2 to 3 hours.

·       Now let shred the Tandoori chicken which we have prepared for stuffing 

·       Uncover after resting.

·       Apply balanced left oil.

·       Dough is ready.

·       Now with knife cut it into pieces.

·       Now make small boll of each cuts.

·       Dust little maida flour (All-purpose flour).

·       Let’s roll the pita bread.

·       It should be thick as shown in the video.

·       Roast the pita bread on medium flame on tawa.

·       Revers the other side & roast it.

·       Done. Pita bread is ready.

·       Now lets start making shawarma

·       Take pita bread apply mayonnaise on it thoroughly

·       Then take tomato ketchup & apply thoroughly over the pita bread

·       Then place the Tandoori chicken shredded on it

·       Then place some French fries in it 

·       Now roll the stuffed shawarma & lock it with the help of toothpick

·       Serve hot enjoy juicy, spicy & tangy chicken shawarma
