Chicken shahi roll shadi wala recipe

 


Ingredients

½ kg Chicken mince (Chicken kheema)

3 table spoon Green Chilli, Ginger-Garlic & Coriander leaves paste (Adrak-Lassan, Hari mirch aur Hara dhaniya paste)

1 tea spoon Black pepper powder (Kali mirch powder)

1 tea spoon Garam Masala

1 tea spoon Cumin powder (Jeera powder)

1 tea spoon Salt (Namak) or as per your taste

Eggs as required for coating

Mozzarella cheese as required for stuffing

Breadcrumb as required for coating

All purpose flour (Maida) as required for coating

Oil for deep frying

 

Preparation

·       In a bowl a take Chicken mince (Chicken kheema) add in it Green Chilli, Ginger-Garlic & Coriander leaves paste (Adrak-Lassan, Hari mirch aur Hara dhaniya paste), Black pepper powder (Kali mirch powder), Garam Masala, Cumin powder (Jeera powder) & Salt (Namak) or as per your taste mix well to combine & keep aside.

·       In a plate take add & beat it & keep aside for further use to coat Chicken shahi roll.

·       Now let’s start preparing Chicken shahi roll grease your hand palm with oil take a small ball of chicken shahi mixture & flatten it on your palm to oval shape stuff in its middle mozzarella cheese & wrap it thoroughly & make roll shape continue same process to prepare rest & keep all aside in a plate.

·       Once all chicken shahi roll are prepared one by one take it first coat it thoroughly with All purpose flour (Maida) from all side then dip the same & coat it thoroughly in Egg (Anda) & finally coat it thoroughly with Breadcrumb from all side continue same process to prepare rest & keep all aside in a plate for deep frying.

·       Then in a pan bring oil to boil on medium flame & gently place our chicken shahi roll one by one in it & deep from till golden brown from all side.

·       Done! Sink your teeth into delish cheese Chicken Shahi roll you can serve with tomato ketchup.
