Ingredients for chicken preparation
300 grams boneless chicken cut small cubes
1 table spoon ginger garlic paste / Adrak lassan paste
1 tea spoon soya sauce
1 tea spoon red chili powder / Lal mirch powder
1 tea spoon white vinegar / sirka
1 tea spoon salt (or as per your taste) / Namak
Ingredients for flour mix preparation
4 table spoon all purpose flour / Maida atta
4 table spoon corn flour
4 table spoon fine crushed corn flakes (you can also use breadcrumb
also)
½ tea spoon oregano
½ tea spoon basil leaves
½ tea spoon black pepper powder / Kali mirch powder
½ tea spoon red chili flakes
½ tea spoon salt / Namak
2 eggs beated for coating
Oil as required for deep frying
Preparation
· In a bowl
take clean bonless chicken small cubes add (above mentioned ingredients for
chicken preparation) in it ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, red chili powder,
white vinegar & salt mix well to combine & marinate it for 15 to 20
minutes keep aside
· Now take a
small plate add (above mentioned ingredients for flour mix preparation) all
purpose flour, corn flour, fine crushed corn flakes, oregano, basil leaves,
black pepper powder, red chili flakes & salt mix it well to combine &
keep its aside
· Now take 2
eggs & beat it well & keep aside
· Now take
the marinated chicken after 15 to 20 minutes dip its pieces one by one in egg
then coat it with flour mix follow same process for all chicken pieces
· Take a pan
heat oil to boil then once oil is boil low down the flame to medium
· Gently
place the chicken popcorn in it & deep fry on medium flame till golden
brown in colour
· Done
crispy chicken popcorn are ready to serve
· Enjoy with
tomato ketchup or garlic sauce
