Chicken Nuggets recipe

 


Ingredients

300g boneless chicken

1 tea spoon soya sauce

1 ½ tea spoon (or as per your taste) salt / Namak

1 tea spoon turmeric powder / Haldi

1 tea spoon garlic powder / Lassan powder

2 ½  tea spoon black pepper powder / Kali mirch

3 egg / Anda

3 slice bread

1 plate breadcrumb

All purpose flour (as required for coating) / Maida

Oil (as required for deep frying) / Tel

 

Preparation

·       Take a food processor or grinder add bone less chicken, soya sauce, salt (as required), turmeric powder, garlic powder, black pepper powder, egg (as required), 3 slice bread & grind it all till smooth paste.

·       Smooth mixture is ready.

·       Now take 2 eggs & beat it & keep aside for coating.

·       Then take breadcrumb add black pepper powder & salt in it. Mix well & keep aside for nuggets coating

·       Now let us start making chicken nuggets on your hand palm.

·       Coat the same with all purpose flour.

·       Now dip the coated nugget in egg.

·       And now coat it with breadcrumb.

·       Follow the same process to prepare rest chicken nuggets.

·       Now chicken nuggets are ready for deep frying.

·       Heat oil in a kadai & gently place the nuggets & deep fry it on medium flame till golden brown in colour.

·       Gently reverse the sides & continue deep frying till the colour comes in golden brown on medium flame

·       Done.

·       Yummy! Chicken nuggets are ready to serve.
