Chicken masala pav recipe

 


Ingredients for Chicken preparation

300g Boneless Chicken boiled & shredded

1 table spoon Butter (Makhan)

1 table spoon Oil (Tel)

1 Onion fine chopped (Pyaaz)

1 Green chilli fine chopped (Hari mirch) or as per your taste

1 table spoon Ginger-Garlic paste (Adrak-Lassan paste)

3 table spoon Schezwan chutney

1 tea spoon Salt (Namak) or as per your taste

1 tea spoon Red chilli powder (Lal mirch powder)

1 tea spoon Cumin powder (Jeera powder)

1 tea spoon Turmeric powder (Haldi powder)

1 tea spoon Coriander powder (Dhaniya powder)

½ cup Coriander leaves fine chopped (Hara dhaniya)


Ingredients for Masala preparation (This quantity for 2 pav you can prepare as required)

1 table spoon Butter (Makhan)

4 to 5 cloves Garlic fine chopped (Lassan)

1 table spoon Coriander leaves fine chopped (Hara dhaniya)

1 tea spoon Red chilli powder (Lal mirch powder)


Ingredients for Assembling

Pav as required

Tomato ketchup as required

Grated Mozzarella cheese as required


Preparation for chicken

·       Take pressure cooker add in it Boneless chicken, Salt & water & pressure cook it for 2 whistle then let it cool down open lid check if chicken has tender if yes shred it thoroughly & keep it aside.

·       Heat a pan turn the flame on medium add in it Butter (Makhan) & let it melt then add Oil (Tel), Chopped Onion (Pyaaz) saute it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame stir continuously then add Green chilli (Hari mirch), Ginger-Garlic paste (Adrak-Lassan paste) saute it for 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame then add Schezwan chutney mix well to combine then add Salt (Namak) as per your taste, Red chilli powder (Lal mirch powder), Cumin powder (Jeera powder), Turmeric powder (Haldi powder) & Coriander powder (Dhaniya powder) saute it for 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame.

·       Then add in it Shredded boiled chicken mix well to combine on medium flame once combined add in it Coriander leaves fine chopped (Hara dhaniya) mix it well to combine & turn off the flame & keep it aside.


Preparation for masala

·       Heat a pan turn the flame on low add in it Butter (Makhan) & let it melt then add in it Garlic fine chopped (Lassan) saute it for 1 minutes on low flame then add Coriander leaves fine chopped (Hara dhaniya) saute it for 1 minutes on low flame then add Red chilli powder (Lal mirch powder) & turn off the flame saute for 30 seconds & then keep it aside. 


Preparation for Assembling of Chicken Masala pav

·       Take 2 Pav cut & open it from middle apply Tomato ketchup on it side spread it well across then place on its top our prepared Chicken & on top of it spread grated Mozzarella cheese done its ready to roast.

·       Heat the same pan which we have used to prepare masala add in it our prepared masala then place it in our prepared Pav turn the flame on low & roast it well from all side till the cheese melts you can flip it & press it gently for roasting from all side once its roasted from all side it done.

·       Enjoy Cheese, Spicy Chicken Masala Pav.

·       Serve hot with tomato ketchup & Onions.
