250g Boneless Chicken
5Potatoes boiled & mashed
2Eggs
1/2 Cup chopped coriander leaves
1Tea spoon black pepper powder
Salt as per taste
Bread Crumbs as required for coating
Oil for frying
Preparation
- Take 250g boneless chicken make it small pcs, Add 1Table spoon Ginger Garlic paste, Add salt as per taste, Add 1 glass water boil it till chicken tender cool it and shred.
- Beat the eggs and keep aside.
- Take Boneless chicken add in it boiled potatoes, Coriander leaves, Salt as per taste and Black Pepper powder Mix it well make sure to mash potatoes if left any.
- Keep oil to heat in a pan.
- Start Making round cutlet.
- Dip in Egg.
- Coat with Bread Crumbs.
- Deep fry till golden brown on low flame.
- Done! ready to enjoy.
