Chicken Cutlet recipe



Ingredients
250g Boneless Chicken 
5Potatoes boiled & mashed 
2Eggs 
1/2 Cup chopped coriander leaves
1Tea spoon black pepper powder 
Salt as per taste 
Bread Crumbs as required for coating
Oil for frying

Preparation
  • Take 250g boneless chicken make it small pcs, Add 1Table spoon Ginger Garlic paste, Add salt as per taste, Add 1 glass water boil it till chicken tender cool it and shred.
  • Beat the eggs and keep aside.
  • Take Boneless chicken add in it boiled potatoes, Coriander leaves, Salt as per taste and Black Pepper powder Mix it well make sure to mash potatoes if left any.
  • Keep oil to heat in a pan.
  • Start Making round cutlet.
  • Dip in Egg.
  • Coat with Bread Crumbs.
  • Deep fry till golden brown on low flame. 
  • Done! ready to enjoy.
