Chicken Cutlet recipe

 


Ingredients

2 slice bread (grind it)

300 gram chicken minced / Chicken kheema

2 boiled mashed potato / Aaloo

1 tea spoon salt (or as per taste) / Namak

1 tea spoon cumin powder / Jeera powder

1 tea spoon red chilli powder / Lal mirch powder

1 tea spoon black pepper powder / Kali mirch powder

1 tea spoon coriander powder / Dhaniya powder

1 table spoon ginger garlic paste / Adrak lassan paste

2 green chilli chopped (or as per taste) / Hari mirch

½ bowl coriander leaves chopped / Hara dhaniya

2 eggs

Salt as required

Cooking oil for deep fry


Preparation

·       Take 2 slice bread & grind it.

·       Take a bowl and add chicken minced, boiled mashed potato, grinded slice bread, salt as required, cumin powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, green chilli chopped as required & coriander leaves chopped.

·       Mix it well to combine

·       Cutlet mixture is ready

·       Take eggs & add salt to taste. Beat eggs

·       Let’s start making small balls of cutlet then dust in breadcrumb & fatten the cutlet by gently pressing in the breadcrumb

·       Once breadcrumb is applied dip in egg & deep fry the cutlet till golden brown in colour

·       Cutlet are ready to serve

·       Enjoy with sauce or chutney
