Chicken crispy fry recipe KFC style



Ingredients for Chicken Merination
5 pieces Boneless chicken thigh pieces
1 tea spoon salt (or as per your taste) / Namak
1 table spoon ginger garlic paste / Adrak Lassan paste
1 tea spoon cumin seed power / Jeera power
1 tea spoon red chilli power / Lal Mirch
1 coriander power / Dhaniya power
1 lemon juice / Nimbu

Ingredients for Flour Mixture
½ kg (500 gm) maida
3 table spoon corn flour
1 tea spoon white pepper power / Safedh Mirch power
1 tea spoon ginger power / Adrak power
1 tea spoon salt (or as per your taste) / Namak
1 tea spoon garlic power / lassan power

Ingredients for curd water
½ bowl curd / dahi
2 glass water / pani
Oil for deep fry

Preparation
  • Take boneless chicken (Thigh piece) add salt, ginger garlic paste, cumin seed power, red chilli power, coriander power and lemon juice mix it well and marinate for 4 to 5 hours.
  • Take a bowl add maida, corn flour, white pepper power, ginger power, salt and garlic power mix it well and keep a side.
  • Take a bowl add curd and add 2 glass water in it and mix it well and keep a side.
  • Now take marinated chicken and coat it with flour mix then dip it in yogurt water and again coat it with flour mix do the same process for all chicken marinated.
  • In a pan heat oil and deep fry the coated chicken pieces until golden brown. Do the same process with all coated chickens.
  • Enjoy crispy & yummy Crispy Chicken fry.
  • If required serve with some French dries & dips.
