Chicken Chow mein recipe

 


Ingredients

400 gram Boneless chicken cut into strips medium size

1 tea spoon Salt (Namak) or as per your taste

1 tea spoon Black pepper powder (Kali mirch powder)

1 table spoon Corn flour

½ tea spoon Baking powder

1 table spoon White vinegar (Safedh sirka)

1 table spoon Soya sauce

½ cup Cooking oil (Tel)

5 cloves Garlic (Lassan) fine chopped

3 inch piece Ginger (Adrak) fine slice cut

1 Green Chilli (Hari mirch) slice cut or as per your taste

100 gram Cabbage (Patta gobi) fine slice cut

100 gram Carrot (Gajar) fine slice cut

100 gram Capsicum (Shimla mirch) fine slice cut

1 small size Onion (Pyaaz) slice cut

½ cup Spring onion (Hari Pyaaz) fine chopped

400 gram boiled Noodles or Spaghetti

 

Ingredients to prepare Sauce 

2 Maggi Cubes (Chicken stock maggi cubes)

1 Cup Water (Pani)

2 table spoon Soya sauce

1 table spoon Black pepper powder (Kali mirch powder)

1 table spoon Tomato ketchup

2 table spoon Schezwan chutney

 

Preparation 

·       Take a bowl add in it Boneless chicken add in it Salt (Namak) as per your taste, Black pepper powder (Kali mirch powder), Corn flour, Baking powder, White vinegar (Safedh sirka) & Soya sauce mix it well to combine & keep it aside to rest.

·       Take a bowl add in it Maggi Cubes (Chicken stock maggi cubes), Water (Pani) & crush the maggi cubes well to mix than add in it Soya sauce, Black pepper powder (Kali mirch powder), Tomato ketchup & Schezwan chutney mix it well to combine & keep aside.

·       Take a pot (Kadai) add in it Cooking oil (Tel) & turn on the flame on high then add in it our marinated chicken & fry until chicken turns light brown in colour stir continuously to avoid burning.

·       Once your chicken have turned light brown in colour add in it Garlic (Lassan), Ginger (Adrak) & Green Chilli (Hari mirch) or as per your taste than mix it & cook for about 1 minutes.

·       After 1 minutes add in it Cabbage (Patta gobi), Carrot (Gajar), Capsicum (Shimla mirch) & Onion (Pyaaz) continue stir frying on high flame until capsicum colour turn bright green do not over cook.

·       Once it done add in it Spring onion (Hari Pyaaz) & mix it well to combine once done add in it boiled Noodles or Spaghetti & mix well to combine.

·       Once done add in it our prepared sauce & mix it well to combine.

·       Done ready to enjoy your spicy & yummy Chicken chow mein server hot.

·       You can garnish it with few chopped spring onions.
