3 table spoon cooking oil / Tel
2 green chilli chopped (or as per your taste) / Hari Mirch
3 onion medium size fine chopped / Pyaaz
1 medium size tomato / Tamatar
1 tea spoon salt (or as per your taste) / Namak
1 tea spoon white pepper power / safedh mirch powder
1 tea spoon red chilli power / Lal mirch powder
1 cup coriander leaves / Hara dhaniya
Roti for wrap as required
1 cup graded mozzarella cheese
Pure ghee for shallow frying wrap
Preparation
- Take 4 eggs had beat it.
- Heat a pan add oil, green chilli, onion, tomatoes, salt and roast it well on medium flame.
- Then cover lid for 2 minutes cook on medium flame
- Then open lid add white pepper, red chilli power and continue cooking on medium flame.
- Add ½ cup coriander leaves and mix it well.
- Add in it beaten eggs and stir continuously and cook on medium flame till egg is fully cooked.
- Once egg is cooked add chopped onion, coriander leaes and mix it well.
- Keep-a-side cooked egg stuffing.
- Make chapati for wrap.
- Place in centre of chapati egg stuffing and graded mozzarella cheese and wrap it.
- Heat tawa add few ghee and roast the wrap from all the sides till golden-brown.
- Wrap is ready! Serve hot.
