Ingredients
300 gram goat mutton mince / Mutton kheema
2 medium size onion chopped / Pyaaz
1 tomato chopped / Tamatar
½ bowl coriander leaves fine chopped / Hara dhaniya
1 egg / Anda
1 table spoon ginger garlic paste / Adrak lassan paste
1 tea spoon salt (or as per your taste) / Namak
1 tea spoon turmeric powder / Haldi powder
1 tea spoon garam masala powder
1 tea spoon red chilli flakes / Lal mirch flakes
1 tea spoon whole coriander roughly crushed / Akka dhaniya jada kutta
hua
3 green chilli fine chopped (or as per your taste) / Hari mirch
3 table spoon gram flour / Chana Atta
2 tea spoon butter / Makhan
Oil as required for frying
Preparation
· Take a
bowl & add 300 gram goat mutton mince, medium size onion chopped tomato,
chopped coriander leaves fine chopped, egg, ginger garlic paste, salt (or as
per your taste), turmeric powder, garam masala, powder red chilli flakes, whole
coriander roughly crushed, green chilli fine chopped (or as per your taste),
gram flour & butter mix well all ingredients to combine
· Then cover
lid & let the combine mixture rest for 15 minutes.
· Uncover
the lid and grease your hands with oil.
· Start
making chapli kabab by your hands
· Heat oil
in a pan & shallow fry chapli kabab on medium flame.
· Gently
reverse the side.
· Done
