Chana Chaat recipe

 


Ingredients

1 bowl boiled chick pea / Kabuli chana

1 big boiled potato cut it into small cubes / Aaloo

1 small onion chopped / Pyaaz

½ bowl fine chopped coriander leaves / Hara dhaniya

1 fine chopped tomato / Tamatar

½ tea spoon red chilli powder / Lal mirch powder

½ tea spoon chaat masala

½ tea spoon cumin powder / Jeera powder

½ tea spoon salt / Namak

3 table spoon tamarind chutney / Imli chutney

Squeeze ½ lemon juice / Nimbu

 

Preparation

·       Soak overnight chick pea / Kabuli chana in water.

·       Then boil it in a cooker chick pea & potato till soft

·       Then take a bowl add boiled chick pea / Kabuli chana, boiled potato, onion chopped, coriander leaves chopped, tomato chopped, red chilli powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, salt, tamarind chutney & lemon juice.

·       Then mix it well.

·       Garnish with coriander leaves

·       Chana Chaat is ready to serve.
