Ingredients
½ kg Mutton / Gosht
1 tea spoon Salt (or as per your taste)
2 table spoon Ginger – Garlic & Green chilli paste / Adrak – lassan
aur hari mirch ka paste
½ Cup fresh Curd / Dahi
5 to 6 table spoon Oil / Tel
8 to 9 Cloves / Lavang
2 inch Cinnamon Stick / Dar Chini
8 to 10 Whole Black pepper / Kali mirch
3 Onion Slice cuts / Pyaaz
1 tea spoon Turmeric powder / Haldi powder
1 tea spoon Jeera powder / Jeera powder
1 & ½ tea spoon Coriander powder / Dhaniya powder
1 chopped Tomato / Tamatar
1 glass Water / Pani
1 tea spoon Red Chilli powder / Lal mirch powder
3 Green chilli (or as per your taste) / Hari mirch
1 tea spoon Gram Masala
Chopped Coriander leaves to Garnish
Preparation
· Take ½ kg
mutton clean & washed in a bowl add Salt (Namak), Ginger – Garlic &
Green chilli paste (Adrak – lassan aur hari mirch ka paste) & Curd (Dahi)
mix it well to combine & let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
· Take
pressure cooker add Oil (Tel), Cloves (Lavang), Cinnamon Stick (Dar Chini),
Whole Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) & Onion (Pyaaz) fry it on high flame till
Onion turns light brown in colour ster continuously to avoid burning.
· Once the
Onion turns light brown in colour add in it our Mutton (Ghost) which we have
kept for rest aside & mix it well to combine for 1 minute on high flame
ster continuously.
· Then add
in it Turmeric powder (Haldi powder), Cumin powder (Jeera Powder) &
Coriander powder (Dhaniya powder) Mix well to combine than add Tomato (Tamatar)
continue roasting the above on high flame for 1 minute ster continuously to
avoid burning.
· Then add
water in it ster well to combine then cover pressure cooker lid & cook on
high flame till 3 whistle after the 3rd whistle make the solve flame
on low & continue pressure cooking for 15 minutes after 15 minutes open the
cooker lid & remove the cooked Mutton (Gosht) in a pan.
· Remove the
pressure-cooked Mutton (Ghost) in a pan & turn the flame on high to dry off
the excess water ster continuously while cooking in the pan to avoid burning.
· Now keep
the flame on high add Red chilli powder (Lal mirch powder) & Green Chilli
(Hari mirch) in it & cook the Buna Gosht for around 5 to 7 minutes ster
continuously to avoid burning & let the excess water dry off.
· Then add
Gram masala in it mix well to combine than finally add chopped Coriander leave
(Hara Dhaniya) mix well to combine.
· Done!
Yummy Buna Gosht is ready to serve you can serve it with paratha or tandoor
roti.
