Besan onion pakoda

 


Ingredients

250 gram besan / Gram flour

2 fine chopped onion / Pyaaz

1 bowl chopped coriander leaves / Hara Dhaniya

3 green chilli fine chopped (or as per your taste) / hari mirch

1 & ½ tea spoon red chilli powder / Lal mirch powder

1 tea spoon salt (or as per taste)  / Namak

1 tea spoon coriander powder / Dhaniya powder

1 tea spoon turmeric powder / Haldi powder

1 tea spoon cumin powder / Jeera powder

Water as required for batter preparation


Preparation

·       Take a bowl and add besan, chopped onion, coriander leaves chopped, green chilli chopped, red chilli powder, salt as required, coriander powder, turmeric powder & cumin powder mix it well.

·       Then add water required to make smooth thick batter & mix it well.

·       Batter is ready.

·       Then heat oil in a pan & start deep frying pakoda. Fry pakoda till golden colour.

·       Garnish with chaat masala and coriander leaves.

·       Pakodas are ready to serve.

·       Enjoy recipe with sauce or green chutney.
