1 cup chickpea (Soaked in water
overnight) / Kabuli channa
½ cup coriander leaves / Hara
Dhaniya
½ cup mint leaves / Pudina
2 onion (roughly chopped) / Pyaaz
8 to 10 garlic clove / Lassan
1 tea spoon salt (or as per your
taste) / Namak
1 tea spoon red chilli powder /
Lal mirch powder
1 tea spoon coriander powder /
Dhaniya powder
1 tea spoon cumin powder / Jeera
powder
½ tea spoon baking powder
½ tea spoon black pepper powder /
Kali mirch powder
1 lemon juice / Nimbu juice
Preparation
· Take a
mixture jar add chickpea (soaked in water overnight), coriander leaves, mint
leaves, onion (roughly chopped), 8 to 10 garlic clove, salt (as required), red
chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, baking powder, black pepper
powder, lemon juice, in the same.
· Grind semi
thick.
· Falafel
mixture is ready it should be semi thick.
· Now let’s
start making falafel shape. You can use a round shape spoon.
· Make small
round shape & press gently with your palm.
· Follow the
same process to prepare rest.
· Falafel
are ready for frying.
· Heat oil
in a pan & start frying falafel on medium flame till brown in colour.
· Gently
reverse the sides.
· Falafels
are almost fried.
· Done.
· Tasty! Falafel are ready to serve.
