Ingredients
6 boiled Potato (Aaloo)
1 ½ tea spoon Red chilli powder (Lal mirch powder)
1 tea spoon Chaat masala
1 tea spoon Salt (Namak) or as per your taste
½ cup Spinach chopped (Palak)
½ cup Coriander leaves chopped (Hara dhaniya)
2 table spoon Wheat flour (Gehu Atta)
½ kg Wheat dough (Gehu ka atta gunda hua)
2 table spoon Besan
1 table spoon Ghee
Dry wheat flour (Gehu atta) for dusting as required
Ghee as required for paratha making & roasting
Preparation
· Take
boiled potato (aaloo) peal of its skin & grade all once done transfer it in
a bowl.
· Then add
in it Red chilli powder (Lal mirch powder), Chaat masala, Salt (Namak) as per
your taste, Spinach chopped (Palak) & Coriander leaves chopped (Hara
dhaniya) mixed well to combine then add Wheat flour (Gehu Atta) & mix well
to combine & keep aside once done.
· Prepare
Wheat dough (Gehu atta gunda hua) add in it Besan & Ghee mix it around 5 to
6 minutes to prepare soft dough & keep aside.
· Then take
a small ball of wheat dough dust dry wheat flour & prepare small roti then
apply a spoon of Ghee on its centre then take a small ball of potato masala
mixture which we have prepared dust it in Wheat flour (Gehu atta) & place
the same on roti centre & wrap it gently.
· Dust Wheat
flour (Gehu atta) & prepare Aaloo paratha gently.
· Heat a
tawa place the Paratha on it & roast for few minutes flip it & roast
the other side gently press it with spoon to roast it then flip it & apply
ghee on it top & flip it gently once your Paratha is blown like ball flip
it & gently press with spoon to roast for few minutes then apply Ghee on it
top & roast well from both the side.
· Done!
Yummy Aaloo paratha is ready to serve.
· You can
serve with Curd, Pickle or tomato Ketchup.
